Technology Expertise
Our technical staff undergoes rigorous factory training from a select group of manufacturers, and they are kept constantly up-to-date on the latest product innovations. Installation and training personnel maximize system performance by working with clients to achieve optimum user convenience and operational efficiency. In addition, each Unitel voice technician is required to pass the Converged Technology Professional (CTP) Certification process offered by the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).
